MAD Ministries
Making A Difference
Led by Rev. David and Tammy Bayduza, MAD Ministries is built on a simple conviction: lasting ministry grows through real relationships. Its three commitments — Mentoring, Accountability and Discipling — help people grow in faith and serve with purpose.
David is an ordained minister and recognized pastoral counsellor with the ECCiC, serves as its Western Canada District Superintendent, and sits on its National Board of Directors. His experience includes senior and associate pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, and speaking to people across generations.
A vision first placed on David’s heart in 2012 has grown into a ministry that equips individuals, churches, nonprofits and businesses — in Canada and around the world.
The heart of MAD
Walking alongside. Growing together.
Mentoring
Walking alongside others with wisdom and experience, offering encouragement, coaching and spiritual direction.
Accountability
Creating safe, honest relationships where truth is spoken in love and people are encouraged to grow.
Discipling
Equipping people to follow Jesus, mature in their faith and help others do the same.
November 6–22, 2026 · Punjab, India
A calling that crosses borders.
David and Tammy are preparing to travel to Punjab, India, for a mission trip from November 6 to 22, 2026.
Rev. David has been invited as Speaker and Guest of Honour at the 8th International HKL Conference in Bulandpuri, November 15–17. MAD Ministries reports that the conference will be livestreamed across the Global HKL Movement’s 102 countries — an opportunity to encourage believers far beyond the gathering itself.
As they prepare, David and Tammy invite others to stand with them in prayer and support. Visit MAD Ministries for their trip updates and ways to take part.

One relationship at a time.
MAD Ministries describes a growing network of mentoring, teaching and equipping relationships across 13 nations: Canada, the United States, India, Pakistan, Liberia, Malawi, Uganda, Zambia, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Burkina Faso and Ghana.
These connections bring together individuals and ministry leaders through encouragement, biblical teaching and leadership development. The MAD Minister Hub extends that relational approach, offering a place for ministers to connect around mentoring, accountability and discipling.
